How to make The Lemon Grass Tea with Ginger


Lemon Grass and Ginger tea has a spicy, invigorating taste. It's used as a home remedy for indigestion, nausea, and to ward off colds, flu, and sore throats.
Have you ever try herb tea before if not today, I introduce you to try the Lemon Grass Tea with ginger.


This herb tea is very easy to make. Here is a recipe for you to try.
Recipe of Lemon Grass Tea with Ginger


· 4 cups of water
· Mince fresh Lemon Grass root ½ cup
· Chop up fresh Lemon Grass leaves ¼ cup
· 32 slices of ginger· honey and lemon


Boil water in to pot add Lemon Grass root with thin slices of Lemon Grass leaves for 5 minutes. Once it is boiling, add the ginger.


Cover it and reduce to a simmer for 2 minutes. Strain the tea. Add honey and lemon to taste.
Note: Keep in mind that if you are making ginger tea as a home remedy during cold and flu season, sweeteners are not recommended.
